Technology is very popular with kids, pre-teens, teens, and sometimes adults. Technology is very addicting. When kids play on there ds, ipods, or phones they will never put it down. I have to admit i'm very into Technology also. I use Technology so much that i was texting my friend during a funeral. Who ever has a cell phone probaly doesn't put it down. I think tv is the most BAD adicting thing there is because people just sit there with food and watch an show that comes on. The computer is very addicting because you could surf the web, talk to friends on aim, go on facebook, listen to music and much more addicting things. An apple ipad just came out and there are 114,000 users already. Everyday I do the same thing over and over. When I come home from school i go on aim and talk to some friends for about 2 hours, then i would eat dinner then play on the x-box 360 orgo back on the computer. Right now when i am typing this i am also listening to music at playlist. The dsi is sorta new. It can take pictures, record vocies, and play games. When taking pictures you could graffite them, or make them really fat, or really skinney. When you are recording your voice you could make it a high voice or a deep low voice. For playing games you have to take the game card out and put another one in. With my dsi my dad bought a game card that you download games on it and then you just pick any game with out taking the card out.

Shrek Forever After

Shrek Forever After is a cute movie. I saw it at a birthday party a couple of weeks ago. Shrek Forever After is about Shrek wanting to become a normal oger and not ruling Far Far Away. When he mets a little man named Rumpelstiltskin, everything he wants to come true does. Shrek wished for something that he will never remember again, so Rumpelstiltskin made him sign a paper so it was a deal. What Shrek didn't know was that Rumpelstiltskin made NO ONE remember Shrek and he was never born. Shrek had until midnight, and when midnight came Shrek would die. When Shrek went back in time everything changed. Rumpelstiltskin was ruler of Far Far Away and all ogers were being hunted and killed by a dragon. Fiona and Shrek never met and never got married. When Shrek Found Fiona she was a orger worrier and was hiding with other ogers. While Shrek was spying on Fiona, Brogan, one of Fiona's gards, found him and brought him to Fiona. Shrek became apart of Fiona's tribe and helped save ogers. Shrek would always try to impress Fiona, but he just ends up emmbarising himself. When the ogers were ready to attack Rumpelstiltskin had something up his sleeve. He brought the Pied Piper, and when he blew into his flute all the ogers started dancing and Rumpelstiltskin took all the ogers and kept them captive. The witches Brought Shrek to Rumpilstiltskin and Shrek wanted to free all ogers, so he signed a paper to free all ogers. When the withches threw Shrek into the dungon he saw Fiona there and Rumpelstilstskin said she was not an oger, she was still a princess because she never found true loves kiss. I am not going to tell you the end so you will have to find it out by yourself. Shrek Forever After is a movie for families and little kids will love it.

Beat Street!

Beat Street was made in 1984. This movie was probaly popular back in the 1980's, but it's not popular now. This movie is about Kenny, a young hip-hop artist living in the rough slums of the Bronx with his younger brother Lee and their mother Cora. Kenny dreams of making it big as a disk jockey and playing in the most swank of Manhattan nightclubs, The Roxy.Tracy, a composer and assistant choreographer from New York College who inspires him to trys to continue his dream while romance begins to grow between them despite coming from different neighborhoods and worlds. Meanwhile, Lee is part of a break-dancing gang set on dominating the scene of their street. The rest of their friends include Ramon, a graffiti artist determined to spread his painting to every subway car in the city while dealing with his girlfriend Carmen. Chollie is a fellow rapper who becomes Kenny's manager after he lands him at a Bronx club as the DJ. Many rap groups, break dancers, and pop singers whom include Us Girls, The Treacherous Three, The System, Rock Steady Crew, Soul Sonic Force & Shango, The Magnificent Force, New York City Breakers, Furious Five, Tina B., Afrika Bambaataa, Johnny B. I hate Beat Street because the acting is bad and it was just boring to me. This movie was not my type and thats why i didn't like it, but if other poeple like movies about dancing, raping, singing then this movie just might be right for you.

Facebook

Facebook is probaly the most popular website. On Facebook you could see pictuers of your friends and family and you could comment on them. Alot of poeple use Facebook and thats why its so popular. Facebook is my favorite website because you could tag people in funny pictures and you could look up games and play them. Farmville is one of my favorite games. You get to plant seeds and it tells you when they will grow and then you harvest them to get alot of points and move up a level. On Facebook there is a status box and you could write whats on your mind. Other poeple could see posts you put up and they will coment on it. There is also and little box at the corner of your screen and when you click on it, it will show you what friends are online. If you click there name you could talk to them. When you put up pictures you could also create a group for them. Facebook can be very dangerous and harmful at the same time. Becarful what you give out and becarful what you say about other people. If you get into a fight with someone you could tell a parent because if you talk back there might be a problem. On Facebook you could pick a profile picture and download pictures. Another favorite thing I like to do on facebook is doing graffite. On graffite you could graffite your name or a friends name and you could send it to someone. There alot of quizes and brain teasing games. On facebook you could also find out your horrorscope and post it on your wall. You could add friends and talk to them, but if someone friends you and you dont know them just press the ignore button. At the top of the page there is a little area were it shows notification, friend request and messages. Facebook helps you connect with friends and family. Becareful what you say or give ouy because you'll never know what will happen. Remember, never and i mean never give out your information.

Twilight Saga: Eclipse

The Twilight Saga Eclipse sounds like a really good movie. I saw the first and the second one when they first came out. Who ever is not a fan of Twilight dont bother me with bad comments. The Eclipse is about when Bella has to choose between Jacob or Edward. She also has to choose if she wants mortality or immortality. Twilight is mostly about mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge. While Bella is reunited with Edward Victoria is after Edward for killing her James. Bella chooses to be immortal, but she realizes graduation isn't too far away and she starts to panic. In the book Jacob kisses Bella and she punches him in the face and breaks her knukles. When Edward finds out Jacob kissed her he starts fighting with him. They were pushing and shoving. While this is going on Bella has to woorie about Victoria. Bella Swan is played by Kristan Stewart, Jacob Black is played by Taylor Lautner, Edward Cullen is played by Robert Pattison. Ashley Green plays Alice Cullen, Jackson Rathbone plays Jasper Hale, Nikki Reed plays Rosalie Hale, Kellan Lutz plays Emmett Cullen, Elizabeth Reaser plays the mom Esme Cullen,Peter Facinelli plays the dad Dr. Carlisle Cullen.Billy Burke plays Charlie Swan, and Gil Birmingham plays Billy Black. I cant wait to see Eclipse!!!

Introdution About Movies

Hello, my name is Avry and I am going to write about movies. I want to write about movies because i think they are interesting to see and know about. One of the movies i am going to be writing about is Nightmare on Elm Street. I saw that movie on Friday with my friend and her mom. Nightmare on Elm street is based on these five kids who went to pre-school together, but Freddy, a gardener at the school, would take the kids into a "secret cave". The cave was not so secret when the kids got home and the parents found scratches on their backs. The parents went after Freddy and killed him, without the cops knowing. After years have past Freddy came back and would kill all the kids that went to the school in there sleep. Only two kids ended up living threw out the whole class. A girl named Nancy and a boy named Quentin fought and killed Freddy at the end. Nancy was Freddy's favorite little girl, so she was the only one that can pull him out of the dream. Once she pulled him out of the dream Quentin hit him in the face with a metal pole. After they killed Freddy they went to the hospital and got medication to feel better. I am not going to give away the end, so you have to see it for yourself. Freddy Kruger is played by Jackie Earle Haley. In this movie we have Kellen Lutz playing Dean Russell, Kyle Gallner plays Quentin Smith, Rooney Mara plays Nancy Holbrook, Katie Cassidy plays Kris Fowles, Thomas Dekker plays Jesse Braun, and there are much more characters.
